How to Change Your Plan
- Log in to your Client Area
- Go to Services and click on your active VPN subscription
- Select the “Upgrade/Downgrade” option in the sidebar or service menu
- Choose your new plan
- Review any prorated charges or credits (if applicable)
- Proceed to checkout to complete payment (if required)
Your new plan will be activated immediately after payment confirmation or, in some cases, at the end of your current billing cycle depending on system settings.
Important Notes
- Upgrades may require payment of the difference, prorated for your remaining billing period
- Downgrades usually take effect after the current billing cycle ends
- Ensure your usage (e.g., device count or data volume) aligns with your new plan’s limits
