Is My WayaVPN Subscription Auto-Renewed?
No — WayaVPN subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. We operate on a prepaid billing model where your service remains active only when you manually renew it.
This gives you full control over your usage and prevents any surprise charges.
How Renewal Works
- Before your current plan expires, an invoice will be generated
- You will receive reminders via email to renew
- You can pay directly via Paystack or use your Waya Wallet if it has sufficient balance
Once payment is made, your service continues without interruption.
What Happens If I Don’t Renew?
- Your VPN service will be suspended shortly after the due date
- You won’t be able to connect until payment is made
- No additional fees or auto-charges will be applied
To avoid disruption, you’re encouraged to renew before your service expires.
Can I Set Up Auto-Renewal?
If you prefer recurring payments, contact support to request a managed auto-renewal setup via Paystack (subject to availability and card issuer support).
