WayaVPN gives you full control over your subscription. You can cancel your service at any time, and you will not be billed beyond your current cycle.
We do not lock you into contracts, and there are no cancellation fees.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your Client Area
- Go to Services and select your active VPN plan
- Click the “Request Cancellation” option in the side menu
- Choose whether you want cancellation to take effect immediately or at the end of your billing cycle
- Submit your request
Once cancelled, your VPN access will be deactivated based on the option you selected.
Can I Pause Instead of Cancel?
At this time, we do not offer a formal “pause” feature. However, since WayaVPN is a prepaid service, you can simply allow your subscription to expire and return when you're ready — without losing access to your account or service history for up to 90 days.
When you're ready to resume, just order a new plan or renew your previous one from your Client Area.
