How to Connect to WayaVPN
After placing your order, connecting to WayaVPN is quick and easy. We support our own apps, manual configuration (e.g., OpenVPN), and custom setups for advanced users and enterprise clients.
Step 1: Get Your VPN Credentials
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Click on Services and select your active VPN subscription.
- Your Service Details tab contains your unique username and password — these credentials are used to authenticate across all connection methods.
Step 2: Download Your VPN Client
We currently offer the following official apps:
- Android App – Optimized for mobile access and ease of use
- Windows Client – Includes built-in tools like IP rotation and diagnostics
You can download both apps from the Downloads section under your product details after placing an order.
Prefer manual setup? We provide OpenVPN configuration files upon request for users setting up WayaVPN on routers or third-party clients.
Enterprise & Custom Integrations
If you're on the Waya Boss (Enterprise) plan, you're eligible for:
- Custom integration requests (e.g., API access, static IPs, device binding)
- Advanced routing setups
- Whitelabel or business-level support

Step 3: Set Your Location & ISP
WayaVPN lets you choose your preferred country and ISP, but this is managed from your online client account, not within the apps.
- Visit your VPN product page in the Client Area.
- Select your preferred location and ISP from the dropdown options.
- Reconnect after changing your location to apply the changes.
Router Users: A reboot may be required to reflect location changes.
Windows Users: Click the “Rotate IP” icon in the app to apply the change instantly.
Step 4: Verify Your Connection
- Visit whatismyipaddress.com or ipinfo.io
- Ensure your IP, location, and network match the settings you've selected.
